Generally, in order to have the precise pricing & timing info, please send us more details as possible such as below:

• Item#: (we can have the precise item)
• Quantity: (confirm the firm production time)
• In Hands Date: (we can choose the best shipping method to save costs)
• Imprint Instructions: (imprint method, imprint colors, imprint locations/sides)
• Other Requests: (other specific requests)

You can let us know the details like picture or the URL that shows the specific attributes on this item if you can not find the exactly item in our website(we do the custom sourcing). 

Samples:

For the Random Sample.

Base on our sample policy, we will pay for the sample costs(custom sourcing items) and the client need to pay for the shipping costs.  For the sample shipping costs:

1. We will have this shipping costs refund upon order placing
2. We have good discount on international shipping. Generally, the shipping costs is within $30 in 1 pound.

For the Custom Sample/PP sample.

Before we process the Custom Sample/PP Sample, we need your full request for this Sample:

• Item Color
• Imprint Color
• Imprint Location
• Vector Format Artwork

1. We will send you a virtual proof/digitual proof for your confirmation before we process the custom sample/pp sample. – Virtual Proof/Digital Proof is FREE.
2. We will send you the custom sample / pp sample pictures as soon as it’s available and will not ship them out before you approved they are good to shipped out.

Custom Sample/PP Sample Turnaround:

• Turnaround various from different items. Please contact us for firm turnaround. Generally, we need 5-7 days for custom sample Plus 2-4 days for sample shipping to door.
• We can waived the shipping time if you can confirm the sample via pictures.
• For the custom mold items, we need to create a set of mold, for the hard plastic mold, sometime a set of mold will last for around 30 days.

Custom Sample/PP Sample Costs:

• We need to set up your Custom Sample/PP Sample, generally, we need to PMS matched costs for the base color(if possible); Imprint Mold Costs, Plate Charges…. Custom Sample cots various from Different items and different requests.
• This sample costs will not refund upon order placing
• Shipping costs.
• We can waive the shipping costs if can confirm the Custom Sample/PP sample via pictures.

Mass Production

Generally, before mass production we need your formal purchase order. We will back you with Proforma Invoice so that you can do the payment for this order.We will send you the schedule for this case and the PP sample to you for confirmation.Once the mass production was finished, we will send you the picture for the whole mass production. You need to pay for the balance payment for the whole order.We will have the quality control inspected the mass production. 

Shipping

We will send you the tracking info as soon as the cargo was picked up.

• Shipped out via Express: We usually use the FedEx; UPS; DHL to have the cargo shipped out. The turnaround time will be 3-10 days. We can use the fastest one 2-3 business days, but it very expensive.
• For the item with battery inside, with liquid inside. We have to ship out via HongKong, which will another 3-4 days longer
• For the items need FDA or other test, we generally, need a longer turnaround time, we can not guarantee if US custom will or not take this cargo to lab for inspection. Which will take around 1 week or two.
• Cargo with Brand, Trademark, we need your licence before we shipped them out
• Shipping via Ocean: It will be faster if the destination is western coast – around 30 days. We have fast Ocean shipping method which will much more expensive.

Delivered

We will send you e-mail when the shipment was delivered. After our client confirmed the shipment was delivered with everything good. We call this case finished.If there is something bad when our client received the cargo, how should we do? Please click the another page here.
